Admissions Requirements

General requirements for all courses:

  • A Personal Interview with the Admissions Department.
  • A High School Diploma or GED Certificate
  • Social Security Card
  • Current Photo Identification with Birth Date
  • Successfully Complete and pass Entrance Evaluation

Requirements for Teacher Training courses:

  • A High School Diploma or GED Certificate
  • Completed Cosmetology/Esthetics Courses in a Licensed School
  • Hold Current NC Cosmetology / Esthetics / Manicuring license
  • May Be Required to Perform a Practical Skills Exam to Determine Eligibility
  • Has Completed a Personal Interview with Director of Admissions or the Director of Education
